Add Your First Client

Add Your First Client

Once your account and Stripe are set up, you're ready to add your first client. Navigate to Clients in the sidebar and click Add New Client in the top right.

Add client form

Filling in the Form

A panel will slide in from the right with the following fields:

Required Fields

  • First Name — your client's first name
  • Last Name — your client's last name
  • Email — the email address your client will use to log in. They'll receive a one-time login link at this address.
  • Service — the coaching service you're assigning them to (e.g. "Online Coaching", "Competition Prep"). Services determine which check-in configuration and settings the client uses.
  • Signup Form — auto-populated based on the selected service. You can change it if needed — for example, switching to a simpler form when transferring an existing client.
  • Pricing — the pricing option for this service. This controls how much the client pays and on what schedule.
  • Coach — the coach assigned to this client. Defaults to you, but can be changed if you're on a team plan.

Optional Fields

  • Paid Until — if the client is in a trial period, you can set how long their trial lasts.

Adding the Client

You have two options at the bottom of the form:

  • Add Client — adds the client without taking payment immediately. The client will appear under your Unpaid Signups.
  • Add & Take Payment — adds the client and redirects you to take their first payment right away.

What Your Client Receives

After you add them, your client receives an email with a one-time login link. When they click it, they're taken to your portal where they:

  1. Set their password
  2. Complete the signup form (if one was attached)
  3. Make their payment (if they haven't already)

Once that's done, they're fully onboarded and you'll see them in your active Clients list, ready for their first check-in.
